Century 21 Towne & Country Realty has been serving the real estate needs of Spencer County Indiana since 1973 and have been in our current location since 1999. Our office currently has 9 Full-Time Agents ranging from Rookie's with promising futures to Brokers with more than 40 years of industry experience. Our office is located at One Christmas Lake Blvd., in Santa Claus Indiana, across the street from Holiday World Splashin' Safari and at the entrance to Christmas Lake Village.
Christmas Lake Village is a gated community that got it's start in the 60's by a man named Bill Koch (Owner of Holiday World Splashin' Safari). The village encompasses approximately 2000 Acres of nature; with three spring-fed lakes, miles of shoreline and incredible community amenities. Residents enjoy boating, fishing, skiing, tubing, swimming, picnics, just to name a few and the village contains parks, sports-courts, a beach and recreation center, 27 miles of roadway, access to our 18-hole Championship; Christmas Lake Golf Course, Community Groups (Red Hatters, Gardeners, Card Parties) and so much more.
