Whether you are a first time buyer or a seasoned one; knowledge is power and you can never have too much of it (some may argue this point but I think you know what I mean).  My job as your buyer's agent is to negotiate for the best price and terms and to simplify the process.

By negotiation that includes keeping it "real" in regards to your wants vs. needs; a budget is a budget and if you cannot afford to order Pizza on Friday Night or take your family out for a dinner and a movie then the home is simply out of your price range --- right now! I stress "Right Now" because 5 years down the road I hope to be helping you sell that "Right Now" home and negotiating your way into your dream home.
