When it’s time to sell, you should know without a doubt that every element of negotiating the best terms and the highest price has been set before your home is even listed. If you aren't sure about something you need to address it before signing that listing contract; as your agent I only want the best for you and to do that I need to know that we are on the same page about ALL aspects of our agreement. Do not hesitate to speak up; this is YOUR home!

You should watch the activity in your neighborhood (new listings, how fast a home sells etc...), and compare it to my market analysis; we are supposed to work as a team and as the old saying goes, "Two eyes are better than one"! So I encourage you to do your own research and to have it ready when I present my findings so we can discuss everything right then and there.
